Fr. Bedford Doucette posted a condolence
Wednesday, January 16, 2019Dear O'Neill Family or as Ethel would call you "My Three Sons" I returned from teaching the weekend in Port Hawksbury with our deacon formation program on Monday to discover that Wishie had died. Needless to say I was saddened as I have some of my best memories from your home in New Aberdeen. Wishie was a delightful man to know; kind, patient, reasonable, who loved his family and on occasion gave me some good advice. I am grateful for having known him. I extend my sympathies and condolences, care and concern, friendship and prayer. If I had known in time I would have been with you at the funeral. Sorry. God bless. Hope to see you sometime. Bedford

Monday, January 14, 2019Dear Lenard, Kenneth, Edward and families So very sorry to hear of your father’s passing. He was kind, loyal and fun loving. Your parents were the best neighbors and the best friends you could have. So very kind to Ma and Da in their later years as well. They both will always be remembered with great affection by the Kavanagh clan.
